How to Take Part in the Auction?

Step 2
Registration
If you intend to place a pre-bid via platforms such as NumisBids or Biddr, or participate in e-live bidding through Onebid, you must first register on the selected platform.
Registration should be completed in advance, as verification of new users may take 1–2 days. Late registration may prevent participation in the auction.
Step 3
Participating in the Auction
If you identify a coin you wish to bid on, two participation methods are available:
Pre-bid: You may place a pre-bid on platforms such as NumisBids or Biddr by setting a maximum bid amount. The system will automatically increase your bid up to that limit if competing bids are placed. This option allows participation without being present during the live auction. However, another bidder may exceed your maximum by a minimal increment during the live session.
Live Auction: E-Live bidding takes place via the Onebid platform. This format allows you to follow the auction in real time and observe current market demand for each lot. Onebid enables language and currency customization, and displayed Euro prices are automatically converted to your selected currency. If successful, the invoice will be issued in Euros, and payment must be made in Euros.
The official language of the auction is English. All lot descriptions are prepared in English; therefore, bidders are requested to verify the accuracy of any translations they rely on. We cannot accept responsibility for misunderstandings arising from the use of Onebid’s automatic translation function.
Step 4
Payment for Successful Bids
After the auction concludes, an automatic summary is sent via email through the Onebid system.
For unsuccessful bidders, the summary lists the lots bid on and their realized prices. Successful bidders receive a statement detailing:
- Won lots
- Hammer prices
- Buyer’s commission
- Shipping costs
The summary includes all necessary payment information, including company details and bank account information.
If the invoice or shipment should be issued to a different name or address than provided during registration, please inform us by email.
Step 5
Delivery
Upon receipt of full payment, all items are securely packaged and dispatched with the requested insurance coverage. Shipping costs and courier selection depend on the destination country and the total insured value of the parcel.
